I’m wanting to file for A&A being at 70% for PTSD and TDIU P&T. For those of you who are knowledgeable in this process, what is your opinion on my chances of succeeding with this request? I’ve included form 21-2680 which has been completed by VA treating psychiatrist of 8 years.
