I’m a company driver for a trucking company and i keep getting flagged by my company for HOS every time i use sleeper birth or off duty status in Motive. This is one example of my logs. Motive has a toggle button that shows original time with and without Split. Can someone explain to me what I’m doing wrong?

I literally was pulled over a couple of months ago by Tennessee State Patrol for an unrelated reason but the officer checked my logs and said nothing was wrong with it. My time was similar to this.
