I see a lot of fitness influencers on Reels with big butts and many of them started off with very small glutes and grew it to a big round peach shape. Their routines usually consist of them doing heavy weight training in the gym. I want to also grow my glutes but unfortunately for personal reasons I am home bound and must grow them at home and at home only. I know there are many videos of people doing at home workouts but they usually start off with a not so small butt so I can’t actually measure much change.
Do y’all know anyone who has actually grown their glutes at home with limited equipment? Or had to do at home workouts for a while and saw any change? I don’t want routines or advice right now but more so just a confirmation it’s actually possible.
