Scared to submit help ticket for mules
Hey! So, I have access to 2 of 4 total accounts (1 main and 1 mule). The other 2 are mules (although one was my main before I moved it due to a previous issue with a fellow Gaian almost 20 years ago). I am worried about asking for help because my goal was to move everything to my main and delete/abandon the mule accounts.
However, since that's technically against ToS (didn't know until after), I am scared since I already did it to the account I did have access to and if they see that, they might ban me. I have since left everything alone in the mule I have access to and have been playing normally.
Now, my other 2 that I don't have access to, they do have items I gave them years ago when I first made them but since it's been so long, idk what my trades were afterward.
I'm terrified of getting my main account banned.
Have any of you asked for help and received help without issues, or are the Gaia team members a-holes who look for any chance to ban you?
I do just want my original items that I gave my mules back... I can't remember the names, but I will know when I see them (last logins were Aug 2020 and April 2019 for the last 2 I can't get into), hence why I can't remember anything about them. The emails I currently have access to do not work, so idk what emails they could be.
