After 30 years in senior leadership, the hardest thing wasn't strategy; it was making decisions from a clear, grounded place instead of from pressure and noise.

What shifted for me was learning to separate the actual problem from the mental overload around it. Once the internal noise cleared, the right move usually became obvious.

I now work with founders and leaders going through the same thing; transitions, growth decisions, leadership fatigue.

Happy to share what has worked if anyone is navigating something similar.

What is the biggest clarity challenge you are facing right now in your leadership or business?
