Hi all,

Based in Hertfordshire UK and one of my queens is almost certainly on her way out. Shes not been laying for weeks (she has space) and the workers seem to be bullying her (for the lack of a better term). shes about 2-3 years old, and theyve not been able to supercede.

Would people reccomend

1. fresh frame of eggs from another hive and let them take care of business?

2. take her out the hive, remove her and merge with any Nuc hive splits that i have?
