Step by step self install.

Haven’t posted on here for ages. I do follow most days though and like to see you all post your systems.
I’ve worn systems now for 8 years or so. I’ve self installed them for the last 4 years.

My systems are always poly. Normally 0.4 etc.
my natural hair is a bit of a weird colour, it’s like a very very dark blonde but doesn’t resemble blonde at all. It’s nowhere near brown, so brown coloured systems always look very much like a system…

My systems are from Amazon. Link:

I install myself and I cut the whole thing myself. My natural hair (back and sides) have recently been cut this week by my friend who is a hair dresser. I don’t do that myself.

My process is, wet the system once installed / glued on my head. And then I cut the system whilst wet.

I then get to a point where I leave it longer than I’d like before drying the hair after adding hair oil to my hair (heat protection etc). Then I’ll add the usual products, hair oil again once dry and my styling product. At this stage the hair is way too long.
But it’s then easier to cut dry into my desired style.

I then cut to style before rinsing my hair, washing with shampoo and then repeating the oil, dry with hairdryer on low temp, add products and I can then cut more if needed.

This time, I then added some bleach to the system. It doesn’t turn my hair blonde blonde, these systems don’t colour well at all (lighter) but in sunlight / artificial light they do look blonder. I wish it went lighter, but not possible.
Anyway, once dyed, the system is a nice match to my beard / eyebrows and I’m happy.

That’s basically it!

Having just finished Leaf Green and still wanting to play Pokémon, I booted up my copy of BD. I lost my save somewhere along the way (it was an eshop purchase), so started afresh.
Not a bad game, but not that good in the grand scheme of Pokémon for me.

Cynthia was an absolute horror.
I only managed to do it by teaching Gardevoir Trick Room and it hanging on from a Poison Jab from her Garchomp (think due to friendship!).

To make it even more tense, I used Dazzling Gleam on her Garchomp which damaged it enough to put its health in the red, but each time she used (4!) Full Restores until trick room wore off and I then had to concede as even with a full restore of my own, the poison jab knocked me out.

My last Pokémon was Mamoswine, who had been largely useless up to this point. But, it didn’t faint from a Garchomp Earthquake which gave me the chance to land an Ice Fang and see it (and Cynthia!) off!

Whew! Good battle glad it’s done!

Also, star of the show was Cherrim! What a Pokémon!
