Stuttering Please HELP
I bought Shadows and it's running terribly. I have an RX 6600, an i5 11400f, and 16GB of RAM. Is it a PC problem? I mean, I've tried all the optimizations but nothing works; the textures won't load. I wanted to know if it's my PC or the game itself
