Hi everyone,im new to sprinting,i have good technique,not excellent. im 17yo,180cm,97kg,i also train weighted and high reps bw calisthenics,and I'd like to sprint only and start a deficit,to shred down my bodyfat since im not abs lean. Is it a good idea? I tried this in October,next day after sprinting my groceries felt harder to carry,and thought my upper body weakens. So,lets say 3x week sprinting, uphill flat velocity, acceleration,and pylo metrics with Pistols woth nordic?
