Hi everyone! I’m looking for advice on how to properly set up my Garmin for outdoor CrossFit workouts. I regularly use EMOM and AMRAP timers.
I’ve seen some 3rd-party WOD apps in the Connect IQ Store that have these features, but you can’t run a standard activity and a Connect IQ app simultaneously. On the other hand, the native HIIT activity doesn't allow switching between EMOM and AMRAP modes within a single recorded session.
What is the best way to organize this? Is there a workaround to have both types of timers in one continuous recording? Thanks!
