Is this some setting you can modify? If I have to watch 3 or 4 sets of ads in 5 minutes I'm out. I know that hurts the content creator more than it hurts YouTube, but I just get tired of being constantly interrupted by ads.

Back when it was Beginning / Middle / End for a 15 minute video? sure, but recently I tried watching a 1 hr video and gave up before 10 minutes in because of constant YouTube ads.

My own channel isn't far enough along to have to make this decision, but I seriously feel that using YT ads would hurt me far more more than it would help with how aggressive they've gotten the last couple months.

I don't even understand how it makes sense. Like what's YouTube's goal here anyway?
