Hi,
I'm trying to change the stock firmware to Crosspoint on my new Xteink X4.
I tried flashing via USB using the web flasher, however, I suspect my device is one of those models that have this blocked (I ordered this a few weeks ago on AliExpress, shipping from China).
I found Xteink Unlock tool which can supposedly flash the firmwire via WiFi, however when I get to the point where I need to connect the device to the hotspot, it fails to connect to it every time.
I see the hotspot the app sets up, everything looks good with it, yet I cannot connect to it with the X4.
I was abble to connect the device to a different network without an issue, so I don't think the problem is with the device's WiFi module or anything.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

edit2: I found a post from Xteink Unlock’s creator in this subreddit. We found a solution and I was able to flash Crosspoint to my device. Here’s the link to one of my replies on that post that eventually solved the issue. Hope it’ll work for others as well.
