· Launch Accelerator: You get paid $0.055 per meal. At 200 machines, that’s roughly $40,000/month in income.

· Executive Phase: Once the foundation is set, you transition to a fixed $25k–$35k/month comp + massive expansion bonuses.

· The Exit: At 10,000 machines, the projected annual income is $3.4M+ earned primarily through royalties, and at the base case projections the valuation of the equity would be around $250 000 000.

· You have scaled multi-site operations or complex builds before.

· You live in the P&L and know how to drive operational performance.
