Hey! So I’ve been brewing a bunch these last few months and am having a wine/mead tasting in a month. Any recommendations on what you’d pair with each of these? The lineup is:

Banana wine: backsweetened, tastes a lot like banana bread

Sweet potato wine: has a cidery, earthy taste to is, slightly backsweetened with simple syrup

Blackberry wine: unsweetened, most similar to a Pinot noir. Thinking of pairing this with a dark chocolate?

Typical Mead, semi-sweet

Blueberry Mead, sweet

Blackberry Mead, unsweetened/dryer
