A friend grew up with this in her parents dining room in the Detroit area in the 70s. She inherited this 60+ lb bronze (?) piece and is ignoring advice to melt it down as she doesn't want to disrespect the artist, so she is dying to know who the artist might be. ChatGPT suggests it may have some relationship to the work of Jacob Epstein, but that seems specious at best.

Anyone have any ideas?
