I’m putting together a library of pre-authored command scenarios for firefighters to run on their own time.

If you were using something like that, what 5 scenario types would you want first?

Examples:
ranch with basement fire
garden apartment
strip mall
taxpayer
commercial kitchen
garden-style apartment
dwelling with reports of occupant trapped

Trying to build the right stuff instead of guessing.
