I’m looking to sow native Scottish flowers in my local area (Lowland Scotland). Looking for flowers that are non toxic to humans and animals as its a residential area. Non invasive and good for pollinators. I have been looking online at native plants to Scotland and I feel like I can only find toxic flowers or flowers that arn’t even native to the Britian. I’m looking to sow them near water, on grass and even in shaded area so different plants for different areas would help also. If I can’t find many native flowers I will look at planting other non invasive wild flowers instead but I would really like to use natives. Any help and advice is great, cheers!
