Does this look like the start of lyme disease?
For context, I woke up last night and noticed this splotch on my lower abdomen. Its slightly stinging and itchy. It doesnt look like any mosquito bite I've had before.
I open my window sometimes and flies can sometimes make their way into my room. I'm aware some black flies, particularly female, do bite and feed on blood, but it typically leaves a red mark.
I don't ever recall having a tick or any kind of bite that I'm aware of.
Its about a centimeter and a half in length. Should I visit a doctor to get a professionals advice? Should I monitor it for the next 2 or so days? I can be a bit of a hypochondriac so sorry if I came off a bit over dramatic or if this isnt something to worry about. Just looking for other advice besides what google can help me with.
