My last 4 shorts underpeform so much the best have 374 views, and this one I posted 8 hours ago, and got only 20 views with 100 retention, I feel like youtube is not pushing my videos, maybe is still early for this one.

My average views for shorts was everytime over 1k, the best one hit 44k views.

But on the other hand in long videos, I started to do documentary-style videos and performed very well one 3,7k views and the other one 1,4k views.

I need help how to improve the shorts videos.
