I live in Antipolo and I’m currently stuck between three choices for my 18sqm room. The room has Hardiflex wall panels and ceiling, which gets pretty hot in the afternoon. I usually run the AC from 9 PM until 4 PM the next day.
Heat load: Bottle warmer, phones and e-fan and usually 2-3 people in the room (including a toddler).
Usage: Overnight and through the peak afternoon heat.
The Choices:
Midea Celest Pro 1.5hp (₱24,500)
Midea Celest 2.0hp (₱31,590)
Midea Avigator 1.5hp (₱32,590) - Premium Inverter with slide-out chassis and Ionizer.
Is the jump to 2.0hp worth it for the afternoon heat, or should I go for the premium 1.5hp Avigator for the better efficiency and easier maintenance? Any Midea owners here who can weigh in? Thanks!
