there was a little scratch in my J&M Hartfords and how the patch is a lot bigger. I know the leather should be it Italian calfskin. it feels like the factory top layer, not actual leather, is coming off. I have the full Saphir line of product: Renomat, Médaille d’Or Renuvator, 003 light brown pommadier shoe cream, pate de luxe wax, and mirror gloss wax. What should I do?
