Anyone else still not able to get this months event uploaded? When I opened the app yesterday, the video of the event appeared and at the end, the usual screen with all the items was there. I clicked away to do my morning goals so I could start the quest, and when I clicked back, this is what I got.
My app is updated. I’ve closed the app and restarted my phone. No luck.
I have closed the app, switched off cellular and WiFi and put it in airplane mode, then re-opened and turned WiFi back on and airplane mode off. No luck.
I’ve been using finch for 561 days and do not want to uninstall/reinstall if I can avoid it. I’ve tried to send a report through the app but it crashes when I try to attach the screenshot. I have also sent an email from my regular email account and got no response.
Any thoughts? Am I cooked? I’m a Plus subscriber so if I’m not going to benefit from it with the most fun stuff; I’ll probably find another app for my self-care/daily task management.
