Am I wasting ancient weapons if I use it in Major Test Strength shrines?

I finally >!reached Robbie and!< got myself the ancient armor set, blade, and some arrows. Am I wasting them if all I wanna do is to go and kill guardians in major test of strength shrines?? I came to one of them early on and got so frustrated I left without finishing it. I think the one I went to had the climbing bandanna or something. I just want revenge, but I kinda don’t want to waste arrows and I wonder if I should use it to open akkala tower instead. Or go to the castle to get better weapons. I’m still very much afraid of lynels tho so maybe not. lol.

My husband bought me my Switch 2 when it came out last year as a gift, I promptly bought the pro-controller and an extra dock to be placed in the living room. And I can’t tell you how glad I am now that he decided to take the plunge then because… WHAT DO YOU MEAN ITS 50% MORE EXPENSIVE NOW? Then I checked our currency against USD and was like… OF COURSE. And based on what I’m reading online, it’s not gonna get better anytime soon.

No point to this post, I know I sounded like a privileged birch complaining about switch prices while whats happening out there is effin disgusting and devastating, but I just need to vent re: the state of the world right now that is causing this economic downturn affecting everyone. Mods, feel free to remove my post if it’s too political somehow.

I got myself a couple of basic dockable ones from an e-commerce site in black and clear when I bought the Switch 2 last year, it was still pretty early and there were not many options then so I just got whatever’s available. I’m thinking of upgrading to a really good one (drop-tested would be fantastic!) with changeable grip options, dockable, and preferably with a front cover (so I wouldn’t need to bring a carrying case). Bonus point if they’re not black and perhaps with a cute design/color? I love those design from GeekShare but I need better grips when playing handheld. I even thought of just buying different grips and mixing and matching grips and body-case as needed, but not sure how feasible that would be. I need some inspiration/ideas, please. Thank you in advance!
