We bought this house and moved in August 2026. Zone 8b. We have a massive landscaped garden and are still learning what is here and what to do. Is this a Japanese Spirea? It looks way over grown. Can we do anything now or should we just wait until fall or winter and if so, what do we do in fall or winter to tame it?
