We asked for a waterfall island with the most dramatic marbling on one of the legs- what do you guys think?

This is my first time doing a renovation. I’m surprised that the marbling doesn’t cascade down. We bought 2 large quartz slabs to do the island and countertops. It’s pretty similar on the other side that’s not shown here.

Is this normal to not have the cascade down one of the sides? We didn’t specify cascade, but asked for drama.

I asked several times to see where they were going to cut, but never got an answer. And then it was cut already so no time for input.

I think they got the drama right, just wondering what people with more insight and experience think.
