Hello! I hope it is ok to open a discussion into this, because I am definitely feeling a bit weirded-out by this.
On the 17th of April I decided to place a physical order for the new Tomodachi Life game and, as usual, I am told the package will arrive to me in 3-4 days. I'm from Estonia in case this helps.
The due-date rolls by and I check the tracking site to see the 24th is the expected date.
The 24th rolls by too and I even wait a few days before reaching out to Nintendo in regards to my order. I am given a swift response and told this case is being further investigated and in the meantime I have to fill out a form stating my package has not arrived to me, which I need to hand-sign. Standard proceedings all around.
It sucks a bit more for me because I was hoping to get the game before next week, when I will be travelling to Poland and I wanted to take my Switch with me to play the new game with my friend. I tend to order physical copies of Nintendo games when I can but this time around I do regret not going digital.
It's been over a week since things have escalated and I understand these things take time. In the meantime I would like to hear from others if something similar has happened to you and how long such investigations have usually taken for you?
