What the fuck is going on with this bullshit? Such a scam. What's the point of even having reviews if they don't let you keep your reviews?? I called customer service and they said that the computer system flagged it as "not beneficial or not a good review" but it was literally an excellent review.
This is not a smart scam to keep customers using their service.
