Hello, I'm asking this question on this forum since here's one of the top spots for aesthetic improvements on Reddit. I won't be adding photos on this post since it's purely for inquiry, and I don't have anywhere else to ask about this issue.

I was previously 260lbs~270lbs, and after spending around a year losing weight, I got down to 130lbs (lowest was 125lbs, but I recently gained a few pounds, and I'm honestly afraid right now). I think I've become quite hungry recently, but I still fear of gaining weight again. I'm currently around 12~13% body fat. To hit that one digit body fat (typically around 6~8%) of those male models, Should I either gain or lose my weight from now, if I want to achieve the best looks as a 20 yo boy? Some suggest I should do bulk-oriented resistance training, which typically leads to a higher number on the scale, and others suggest an extremely lean bulk. What are your thoughts on this?

What are the target weight/body fat numbers for the best looks when it comes to the male body? I need some advice here. Help me out.
