Do you have time reserved for academic work and responsibilities outside of your specific project? How is that managed?
Peer review, committees/service, working on papers from your previous labs or collabs, teaching/grading, continuing education to maintain role-relevant credentials, etc.? How much, if any, of your effort/time is earmarked for the various things that are part of being an academic but aren't the specific work for your specific project? Or how are these tasks handled in relation to your main project?
