Planning on traveling to Japan next winter. I will be shopping around for a Grand Seiko Spring Drive watch with a budget of $5,000. I understand the price of GS watches are supposedly lower than what I’d have to pay in the US. So after all the discounts, which Spring Drive watches can I realistically get in Japan? Any Japan exclusives that I should keep an eye out for? I also like the Shunbun. Possible to negotiate the price down to $5,000 with the dealers?

I’m planning on shopping at authorized dealers or boutiques only. Any help is appreciated!
