What small mods are y’all doing?

I have a 2000 single cab. It has the 5.3. I have my big plans for it. I want to add some power and such but big plans cost big money and I don’t have big money. I barely have little money. I want to work on it and do mods to it but everything I can think to do to it that I want to do is out of my price range at the moment. What small things are y’all doing? I have completely upgrade the sound system which wasn’t cheap but I think it’s a smaller mod. I did the typical switch out the stock antenna for a shorter one. I put new lights on it a while back, but I want to get some more aftermarket looking ones that look cleaner later down the line. I just put the regular ones on. Already did the exhaust for now and it has a leveling kit. Anyone have any ideas?

Growing up I was that kid that had every nerf gun that hit the shelf. Life happened and I didn’t have time for nerf wars anymore so they got put in storage. Now I have a little half brother (we are 21 years apart. It’s complicated) and I’m getting back into things I liked as a kid so I can share them with him when he gets a little older. I went down a nerf aisle for the first time in years and there wasn’t much. What happened? Did they stop making them? It’s so sad to see

Yes, yes, I know, it sounds like a problem with the aftermarket stereo. I’ve tried 2. Both Sony stereos and the volume knob works for a day, maybe 2, and then stops. Idk how it could possibly be the truck but that’s the only factor I haven’t changed. It’s a 2000 Silverado.

Hey everyone. I have a 2000 Silverado 1500. Lately I’ve noticed that a component of my leaf springs on my passenger side is creaking really bad, although I’m not quite sure which part. I originally thought it was the shackle because the bushing looks pretty bad, but it feels like it might be come from closer to the cab? Does anyone have any ideas? I’ll probably just replace the shackle anyway but idk if it’ll fix it
