Hi,

I made a 5litre batch of apple cider and really enjoyed it. The ingredients were as follows:
4 litres of apple juice
300g of sugar
Wine yeast
Yeast nutrients.

However this time I wanted to try the hydrometer to get a reading. But when I try that it floats below 0 so I can’t get a reading?

What am I doing wrong.
