Hey everyone! I (23F) started Loryna about a month ago and I’ve had persistent and annoying dizziness since then. It’s not severe enough for me to fall over or anything and I can ignore it when I’m busy, but it’s been a pain.
Particularly with driving. I know everything else is fine blood pressure wise and I’m not going to pass out, but the dizziness has been bothering me. I can drive just fine, but I get that nagging jolt of panic when you think you’re gonna pass out. I don’t— it’s just the dizziness exacerbated by the movement of the car.
Does anyone have any tips for managing this? Like ways to ground myself while driving?
Also, has this happened to anyone else? I’m new to the birth control game. This is only my second one. The first didn’t cause any side effects but it also just didn’t do anything in general.
