Hi everyone! I haven’t seen anyone else ask about this, but if someone already has, I apologize.

I have 126 hours in the game and I’ve never had issues getting my experts to gain levels. However, in the new DLC, I am struggling. I have some experts that have been employed for over 11 years, yet still aren’t even level 10.

I want to remove some of the experts that have multiple negative traits, but I worry that I won’t be able to get my lower leveled staff up to where I need them.

I always have art being created and send them on expeditions as well.

Does anyone have suggestions on how I can help them level up? Any suggestions at all are welcome.
