Where should I invest?

I need a device to make as my primary for content creation, music production and video editing. Can also double down as a good note taking device for uni.

But I don't want to burst the bank. Exynos chipsets are popular with a lot of people. But after a year, some people have been saying the s10 FE has been performing better than expected, ofcourse after some updates.

But honestly, where should the investment be?
