Anyone got any tips or solutions to my problems.

I have a 2004 9-3 aero and could it be that the esp doesn't work and the fuel economy doesn't show because the radio was changed for one from a different car. Could they be both from the radio not being programmed to the car or something?

Also if anyone has any knowledge about tech2 and emulators or how to get them for cheap or anything would be of great help.
