Before I get crucified in the comments I gotta explain myself. On my FL’s I was averaging 520+ consistently and I got back my 4/10 score and got a 517. I also have an ok GPA (a 3.8) so I’d need my mcat to really carry my score. I wanna go somewhere pretty competitive so this score has absolutely scrambled my school list relative to what I hoped.

As to my EC’s I hope to get a clinical job for senior year but otherwise my application is quite average; only area of interest is I have 2 publications as a co-author in actual journals (through my lab)

I was going to apply this cycle (junior year) and am opting to apply end of senior year. Can anyone give me insight if a retake is worth it in my case? Thank you!
