Deposit never went through

I was in the march cohort and recently got my invoice (april 30th) the invoice was approved and “paid” (also april 30th) however i have not seen any deposit.

I contacted support and they gave me a trace ID, however when i contacted my bank (i used my wealthsimple account) they said there was no record of it. this was 2 days ago and I emailed both support and made a ticket again. I also contacted wealthsimple and spoke to them and the issue is very clearly not on their side.

I checked the account information i provided both before the first ticket or email and after, it is correct and i even tried to update it just in case and it was the exact same.

has anyone else had this issue? and what can I even do at this point to solve it?
