Hi all, I am looking for recommendations for a weekly split with Les Mills workouts. I have the premium at home app for now until my schedule allows me to get back to the gym.

I am 10 months postpartum with twins and truly enjoy working out. Prior to pregnancy, I was doing BodyPump 2x a week and really starting to see progress.

I am planning on 3x a week BodyPump, daily walking on my walking pad while working, and need recommendations on something to mix in on those other 3 days that I’d like to workout.

What are the favorites? I’m open to any of the programs, I’d like to build my body back right after a hard few years of surgeries and pregnancy!
