So fast forward, I just curious on how much I can reduce my rent and I stupidly replied them with one “OK” after they replied me back with the potential price. Then I talked with people and they warned me now to do it cause it can ruin the relationship with a landlord. So they have been sending me letters and emails asking for my signature and photos. I never reply them. Until 2 days ago they sent email to me saying they will go to court and sue me to not coorordinate with the task for 2900€ (?) what da heck?
