I plan to purchase a condo from Yonge and Sheppard to Yonge and Finch. Is there anyone living in the following buildings? I wish to hear your opinions on the build quality and noise level.

I'm buying a 2 beds 2 bath unit. I'm buying this for a old family member to live in so quietness would be top priority. No rush in purchasing as the price is not wack anymore.
