Hey,

recently got my hands on a MBP. Really neat (Windows/Linux User here).

I wonder if it is intentional, that the MacBook Pro has the option to never load the battery more than 80%, but when you turn it off, it loads to 100% anyway. Doesn't this beat the whole intention of straining the battery less?

How do you handle this? Unplug the device when not used? I've gotten myself a "Rain Design mStand360" stand, it's mostly sitting on my desk besdies my main PC.
