Should I buy this 2016 Volt? 280k kms
I recently sold my Dodge Journey w/ bad gasket to a junker (leaving me completely without a vehicle to get to work) purely out of financial necessity. I've since been looking and man, this market is rough. I did however, find a 2016 Chevy Volt with 280,000kms on it for just $5000. Comes with a level 1 charger. For context, I live in an apartment and commute to work within my small city every day. I've never had a hybrid, especially not a plug in like the volt so I'm just curious if this is a bad idea regarding reliability, if charging will be a hassle to me while living in an apartment (I've seen the padlock method for the cable for security) just overall curious if I should consider this over like an 06 Camry considering the current gas prices.
