Hi! Me and my roommate are looking for a third tenant for a 3bd 1ba apartment on Prentis. Rent would be $1440 split 3 ways, so $480 per person. Utilities included are heat, garbage, and water. We would be paying for electric and gas that we cook with. The apartment is a 6 to 8 minute walk from main campus. Prospected move in would be mid-July.
