England. I have received a very thin ET3 (a couple of pages), purely denying all my allegations. My ET1 was around 16 pages.

They called their form “preliminary” saying that will amend later. I had an impression that some Rs are doing so.

From your experience: how is it seen by the tribunal and how it may help me or create difficulties in the process. The PH is scheduled for the next year. They also shop around for legal presentation, tried to settle (just enquired about my figure), and then disappeared.
