Health question for hen acting perfectly fine this morning, now squinting eyes and pooping nearly clear liquid

My sweet lady was perfectly fine yesterday and this morning, eating/sunbathing/scratching around but this evening she tucked herself into a nesting box at bedtime and has been pooping clear liquid and we have since isolated her. She is a 4 year old lavender Orpington and has otherwise been in great health.

I could not feel an egg in her vent, her crop has a lot of liquid in it, and she is squinting a lot and just now has lowered her tail. Her comb is red but a little swollen and in a brief check I saw no ticks or mites on her. The weird behavior started within the last hour. I plan on contacting the vet in the morning but am looking for advice in the meantime!
