They said in the trailer it was gonna be a digital download but it isn't. Normally there's a big yellow button after you purchase it that lets you download the files directly but there isn't one this time. They never said why they changed their mind on this.

Is there a way to request a refund? I'm really disappointed that they lied like this.

I can't tell you how many times I've gotten into a debate on this stupid site only for it to end with someone going, "Erm, I've looked in your post history and you're definitely a racist chud, so that makes all your arguments fake and irrelevant".

Thanks to the "Curate your profile" feature, now I can finally hide my comment and post history, so they can't strawman me on my post history anymore.

This site is truly awful but at least this makes it a bit more bearable.
