I had a hot lead... fully warmed up, ready to convert. Then my onboarding email fired three days late because Stripe and my email tool decided to stop syncing. Customer assumed we were flaky. They were right. Spent a weekend after that wiring everything through skene.ai just to stop the bleeding. Keep it scrappy, but keep it connected. Desync kills deals faster than bad product.
