At about 1:32 in the video the jackass crew run into a bunch of guys chanting in just their boxers, Weeman gets his panda head stolen by one of the participants, and I've always wondered what was the celebration or group activity these guys were doing or part of.

I read somewhere years ago it was a college group of friends that were doing a traditional chant for graduating or getting accepted somewhere but I can't find the post anymore.
