Paint incorrect?

Pics without fenders is (FIRST) coat of new paint job from auto body, other pics is original. I feel like it was darker before, they told me after other coats itll look better but I feel like it'll still be lighter color. They told me they used a device on one of the panels to get exact color code.

Should I complain before they do other coats and have them try again at getting the original color? Or is it close as possible getting and it'll look better when finished

Tell them to redo with new color?

Summary: shop got paid 37k majority of work paid to perform was not done, paint done to car is terrible, and they are holding parts of car refusing to return. It's also been unreasonable amount of time, ignore contact from me, and even though they charged to cover car and initially told me it'd be stored inside they left it outside knowing it's a older fragile car which caused additional rust damages.

I submitted bar complaint and have been assigned a case manager. Is it likely they'll be able to push shop towards making it right? I just want my parts and refund and I'll take loss on the additional rust done to car. If not I'm preparing to sue but really just want my car fixed. It was my grandfathers that he gifted me (he was one who crashed it) he's gotten depressed multiple times about missing the car it's been almost 3 years. I wish I knew more at time but I was younger and was told to work with shop by a trusted mechanic who did do good work. I am also worried if it does go to court they might just go bankrupt if I win after being told by a friend that he saw an online video about someone explaining how that happened in their situation.

Full explanation:
I got scammed by a body shop on a valuable vintage car, after a accident insurance paid them 37K for repairs, in the bill they charged for a frame replacement, full paint, bodywork, suspension repair, and even charged for car to be covered amongst other things, after almost 3 years of no work or very small updates whenever I would pressure heavily they finally did the first layer of paint, and then dropped car off saying it needs to set then they'll take it back, after 2 months they kept telling me there's no space. I took it to another shop. Zero frame work, no suspension work, and they pointed out multiple spots of rust still on car, drip spots of paint, and paint peeling off in a corner of car.

The car is in my garage, it's currently just the car none of the hood or any of the fenders. I called and was upset said I'm done with them and want my parts back. All 3 years the owner has been very little contact and would ignore calls. They have been refusing making excuses for returning my parts. And have yet to discuss the issue with me no matter what saying it's between me and owner but owner has no involvement in daily shop so that's impossible for me to catch him. I have a contract I wrote and had him sign almost a year ago with a estimated completion date which has long passed and a remaining work to be done which was just paint and fenders but looking at car none of the paid for work had been performed probably 95% of it since all they done is paint prep and one layer and it's poor work for both. I have bill of itemized work paid for, contract saying what they planned to do left, and text messages.

Can bar help to get to a resolution? If it goes to civil court and I do win is payout even guaranteed?
